Two years ago, I was entrenched in the fast-paced world of recruitment, working with Fortune 500 clients across various industries, including oil and gas, aerospace, commercial, and tech. But deep down, a whisper urged me to explore beyond the familiar. That’s when I envisioned Harmony Sourcing—a hub where global buyers could find Indian manufacturers without the maze of intermediaries.

Recently, Harmony Sourcing participated in the Nas.io Idea to Implementation Challenge, organized by the B2B team and Nas.io, with the esteemed Mr. Ritesh Agarwal, Founder of OYO Rooms. This event saw participation from over 2,800 startups from various countries, making it a truly global competition.

Mr. Ritesh Agarwal, a visionary entrepreneur, started this challenge with the aim of building a community for entrepreneurs and providing inspiration and support to aspiring business leaders. His mission is to help entrepreneurs and small business owners create impactful ventures by offering them valuable resources and guidance. Through initiatives like this challenge, he has been instrumental in fostering a supportive ecosystem for startups.

Out of all the incredible startups, we are proud to announce that Harmony Sourcing, our startup, emerged as one of the top 5 winners! This achievement provided us with the unique opportunity to present our pitch live to Mr. Ritesh Agarwal.

Pitching our business live to Ritesh Agarwal was an overwhelming and unique experience. It was my first time participating in such an event and connecting with a billionaire like Mr. Agarwal was truly inspiring. For those who may not know, Mr. Ritesh Agarwal is the founder of OYO Rooms, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality chains. His evaluation of our business model gave us a significant boost in confidence and validated our approach.

Mr. Agarwal’s feedback and warm wishes have not only validated our business model but also empowered us with higher confidence to look into the market and work accordingly. This experience has definitely added immense value to our journey and has motivated us to strive for even greater heights.

Participating in this challenge has been an enriching experience, allowing us to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and gain insights from industry leaders. We are excited about the future and look forward to leveraging this experience to further our mission of connecting global buyers with direct manufacturers in India.
